We make all our jewelry with lots of love and care and it is important to us you are happy with your purchase as you have bought more than jewelry you are part of our ocean loving tribe.

Changed you mind or Wrong Selection
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase(s). Should you be unhappy with your purchase(s) we can provide you with a store credit for your returned item within our returns policy above. Exchanges are subject to product availability, if the product you wish to exchange to is unavailable you will be issued a store credit.
We offer 30 day returns for change of mind for full priced items. Your item(s) must be received by Mermaid Collective within 30 days from your original delivery date. Please note this excludes items purchased at the market or on sale and applies to online and in-store purchases only.
· Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds.
· Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging; unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
· Earrings and Toe Rings cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
· No exchanges or returns will be accepted after the 30 day return period.
· All sale items cannot be exchanged for change of mind, or wrong size selection. All items purchased on sale or at the market are FINAL SALE. No exchanges or store credits available.
· You will be required to cover the return postage and an administrative fee.
Faulty or Incorrectly Supplied Item
We offer a 90 day manufacturing warranty. If your order is less than perfect contact us at hello@themermaidcollective.com, with a picture of your jewelry and order number/proof of purchase.
Return delivery costs for a faulty, or incorrectly supplied item will be the responsibility of Mermaid Collective.
Damage due to normal wear and tear can be repaired at a reasonable charge.
Layby
Mermaid Collective does not currently offer layby on any items.
Credit notes
· Credit notes are processed within 7 working days of your return being received.
· You will receive a gift card emailed to you for the value of the returned item/s (minus shipping) expense and a $12.00 administrative fee.
· Credit notes are final and are issued with a 6 month expiry from the date of issue.
Completing a return
Package your items (we recommend in the shipped packaging to save eco footprint) and include your name, order number and reason for return.
Return shipping method and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless faulty or incorrect). We recommend sending your return via a traceable method and retaining proof of postage until receiving confirmation that your return has been processed.
Mermaid Collective is not responsible for returns that are not received.

· Please follow your return tracking details to monitor your return delivery to Mermaid Collective.
· Credit Notes are processed within 14 working days of your return being received.
